Who are we?
Elisa Pogliano, our Founder & Principal Consultant, is a Digital Transformation veteran with 18+ years of international experience in Consumer Goods and Retail.
She has over a decade in eCommerce, Digital Marketing & Media senior leadership roles for P&G and Mattel. As a consultant, she has helped companies like Michelin, General Mills, Mattel and many more.
She combines a solid FMCG commercial foundation (proven track record in leading both Sales and Trade Marketing teams) with an in-depth knowledge of Digital Media & eCommerce.
Highlights of her career included setting up Mattel's Digital & Media function across Europe and growing it into a 35-people division, and launching their Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce business in 5 countries. Her experience spans across all key European markets & diverse product categories, including Home Care, Health & Beauty, Snacks, Pet Care and Toys.
